Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products
All sales of digital items—including Photoshop templates, digital backgrounds, and downloadable brushes—are final.
Because these files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the download has been completed.
